When Gino Scotuzzi sold his 25% ownership of Confezioni Manerbiesi he triggered a chain of events that led to the establishment of Pango. In 1974 Pango S.p.A. was founded with a share capital of 300,000,000 Italian liras, half of which was paid up by the Marzotto family that held 50% of the shares at the time. At present, the share capital is €2,000,000.
